The water in the solution will be heated and evaporated by heating steam, and the xylose solution that fails to meet the concentration requirements will be further increased. After heat exchange of heating steam, it will be cooled to water for discharge or to the preheater for further use of the remaining heat. Finally, when the xylose solution content reaches about 85%, stop heating and get xylose syrup. Xylose was hydrogenated in the reactor under the action of active nickel to obtain xylose solution with high
transmittance. Then the decolorization and evaporation concentration steps were repeated to obtain 50% xylose solution. The solution enters the crystallizer to cool down and crystallize while it is hot to obtain the finished white crystal xylitol.
