Glucose solution, high-quality and high-yield Aspergillus Niger sodium strain is selected, sodium hydroxide solution is added, sodium gluconate is produced by adopting deep-layer ventilation fermentation technology, and parameters such as temperature, ventilation rate, rotating speed, pH value and the like are controlled in the fermentation process to obtain a fermentation liquid containing sodium gluconate. The obtained fermentation liquor is filtered to remove thallus to obtain a clear and transparent filter liquor, and then decolorized by activated carbon and filtered to further remove impurities such as pigments, colloid substances and the like to obtain a pure sodium gluconate solution; and after concentrated crystallization and centrifugal separation, a sodium gluconate crystal product is obtained, and then the finished product is obtained after drying and packaging.
