In order to make the plate heat exchanger give full play to the good use effect, it is necessary to pay more attention to the installation before use, and the installation work is done properly, so as to ensure the smooth use of the equipment in the future. It must be installed in the right way.
2. Unpacking inspection equipment.
3. According to the equipment installation size given in the installation drawing, make the foundation platform and arrange the foundation bolts;
4. When moving and transporting, avoid violent collision and damage to plates;
5. Before installation, check and clean the sundries in the pipeline to prevent them from entering the plate heat exchanger and blocking the flow channel; connect the pipeline accordingly, and install the thermometer and pressure gauge on the pipeline close to the heat exchanger to facilitate the inspection of the operation of the heat exchanger;
6. Place the sizing block: before installing the plate heat exchanger, place the sizing block on the foundation. In order to make good contact between the two, the place to be placed shall be leveled.
7. Check the clamping stud, if it is loose, tighten and reduce the parallelism deviation between the two pressing plates;
8. In addition to the special requirements on the process, generally open the valve that needs to heat or cool the side of the cold medium first, and slowly open the valve that needs to heat or cool the side of the cold medium after its flow is normal;
9. According to the temperature and pressure data of the inlet and outlet, open and start the relevant valves at appropriate positions to maintain a stable working state;
10. In normal use, the temperature and pressure state parameters shall be recorded frequently to check the working condition of the equipment; the sealing position of the plate heat exchanger shall be checked frequently to see whether there is leakage and take measures such as pressure relief and clamping;
11. For corrosive and flammable media, it is recommended to add thin iron sheet protection device on both sides of the plate bundle;
12. The plate can be washed with water or chemical cleaner, and soft brush should be used.
13. Leveling and alignment: after installation, level the heat exchanger with a level gauge, so that each connecting pipe can connect the pipe without stress.
