Advanced pattern design Advanced pattern design relies on the application of CAD/CAM technology, combined with advanced pressing processes, to ensure that all plates have extremely high precision, thus utilizing thinner plates to improve heat transfer efficiency.
Diversion area For the convenience of configuring connections, modern plate heat exchangers use single-sided inlet and outlet connections. To fully utilize the entire heat exchange area, it is necessary to ensure that the fluid is evenly distributed throughout the entire plate. For a wide plate, it is also necessary to ensure uniform distribution. Another significant feature is the lower pressure drop, which allows more pressure drop to be used for heat transfer, resulting in a higher heat transfer coefficient.

Hastelloy C-276	It has good corrosion resistance, almost not affected by Cl -, excellent corrosion resistance to various concentrations of sulfuric acid, and is one of the few materials that can be used in hot concentrated sulfuric acid, widely used in organic acids (such as formic acid, acetic acid), high temperature HF acid and a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid (< 40%), phosphoric acid (< 50%); chloride, fluoride.
