Working principle: A finned heat exchanger is composed of many metal fins and pipes. They are usually arranged in parallel and connected together to form a finned tube bundle. The pipes inside the finned tube bundle provide a channel for the working fluid to transfer heat from one medium to another. Among them, fins are metal products in the shape of wing plates, which are bonded to the surface of the tube through mutual connection or welding, increasing the thermal conductivity area of the tube and thus increasing the heat transfer rate; Pipes are channels for the flow of media, thereby transferring heat or cold to the media flowing through them. When two different temperature media flow through the finned tube bundle, heat is transferred to the pipeline through the fins and further transferred to the other medium.
