Product Introduction

Spiral wound tube heat exchanger is one of the most advanced shell and tube heat exchangers in the world. Adopting an asymmetric design and counter current heat transfer, compared to traditional tube bundle heat exchangers, this type of heat exchanger uniformly wraps each heat exchange tube in a spiral structure around the shell according to a certain pattern. On the one hand, this structure extends the length of the heat exchange tube, ensuring sufficient heat transfer; On the other hand, it greatly changes the fluid state, forming a strong turbulent effect inside the shell, enhancing heat transfer, and thereby improving the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient. Meanwhile, the spiral wound elastic tube bundle design can effectively eliminate various stresses such as pipeline vibration and thermal stress, achieving stress self elimination.

Technical principles and design concepts:

1. 1. By utilizing the OWEN turbulent oscillation frequency criterion principle, the turbulent oscillation phenomenon of heat exchangers can be eliminated, thereby extending their service life.
2. 2. Using the Eisinger criterion and Bevins criterion for sound resonance, suppress standing waves and reduce operational noise.
3. 3. Utilize CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEM (Finite Element Method) to increase the design flow rate.
4. 4. Asymmetric flow design. Asymmetric flow design, with different volumes of tube side and shell side (the maximum shell volume can reach 4.2 times the tube volume), meets various complex working conditions.
