Plate lifting membrane evaporator four plates for a group, each group of plates is divided into two vapor plates, a rising film plate, a falling film plate, the material in the evaporator inside the first rise, rise in the process of membrane evaporation, and then in the spacing between the channel inside the fall, the process is falling membrane evaporation, so called lifting membrane evaporator.The entire evaporator consists of a number of groups connected in parallel, each group of four plates.Plate evaporator channel consists of a narrow gap between two plates, two plates to form a channel, three plates to form two channels, and so on, the steam and material will be in the adjacent two channels, heat exchange across the plate, and ultimately achieve the purpose of evaporation.Each group of four plates is, from front to back, vapor plate A, ascending membrane plate, vapor plate B, descending membrane plate, and the channels between the plates can be named as vapor channel A, ascending membrane channel, vapor channel B, descending membrane channel.After the material enters the evaporator, it crosses the vapor channel A and climbs along the ascending film channel, and when it climbs to the top, it crosses the vapor channel B and descends along the descending film channel, and then it enters the discharge channel to be discharged from the evaporation system.
