Working principle
High temperature industrial oil fume exhaust gas at 50-120 ℃ enters the variable diameter pipe through the pipeline. If there is a fire in the pipeline, the temperature sensing network of the variable diameter warehouse will activate, and the equipment will enter the fire protection state, starting the sprinkler system to avoid burning out the purification system. The variable diameter pipe is equipped with a primary filter screen, which filters out the flying hair and allows the high-temperature oil fume exhaust gas to enter the cooler for cooling; The cooler cools down the high-temperature oil fume exhaust gas, reducing its temperature to below 50 ℃; The cooled oil fume gas enters the tower honeycomb plasma machine for pretreatment; The flue gas pre treated by the tower type honeycomb plasma machine enters the plate line high-efficiency purification electric field for secondary purification; Finally, the treated standard air is discharged through an induced draft fan.
