Design of crystallized salt discharge method

The crystallized material in the system is discharged to the thickener through the discharge pump, and the thickener is discharged to the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The internal material of thickener is concentrated brine, which is the mixture of crystals and mother liquor, constituting a supersaturated solution system, the crystal particles in the solution are dispersed uniformly, the large particles are formed due to gravity to settle to the bottom of the kettle, and the fine particles are suspended in the solution, which is stirred by the stirring paddle and overflows to the mother liquor tank and then back to the system. The large crystals are discharged to the centrifuge through the discharge valve, we design and verify the discharge method.
