The following is a detailed introduction to the RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) equipment for the spray painting waste gas treatment project in the printing industry of Zhejiang Province, combined with the industry characteristics and treatment requirements:

1. Core configuration of the equipment

(1) RTO main equipment

Model: Three-bed RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidation Furnace)

Processing capacity: 20,000m³/h

Dimensions: Approximately 12m(L)×6m(W)×8m(H) (including insulation layer)

Shell: 304 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant)

Heat storage medium: Ceramic honeycomb body (pore density 200 mesh, temperature resistance 1300℃)

Combustion chamber: Refractory bricks + high alumina fiber modules (temperature resistance ≥1100℃)

(2) Key parameters

Operating temperature: 800-850℃

Thermal efficiency: ≥95% (Preheat the exhaust gas to above 750℃)

VOCs removal rate: ≥99%

Pressure drop: ≤3000Pa

(3) Auxiliary system

Dry filter: Removes paint mist particles, spray tower (for high-humidity or alkaline waste gas)

Natural gas burner: Consumption: Approximately 15-20Nm³/h (when the VOCs concentration is 1.5g/m³)

Fan: Variable frequency centrifugal fan (power 55kW, wind pressure 3500Pa)

Control system: PLC+ touch screen

Monitoring parameters: TOC concentration, temperature, pressure, O₂ content

2. Key points of targeted design

Adaptability in the printing industry

Explosion-proof measures: LEL monitors (alarm at 25% lower explosive limit) are installed in the exhaust gas pipelines.

Paint mist treatment: Pre-electrostatic precipitator (for high-viscosity resin particles)
